Àjar in Friulian means air, but also wind; sound that evokes freshness of perfumes and harmony of sounds. Pale yellow straw, it has fine and persistent bubbles. The scent is floral and finely aromatic, with a varietal note. Fresh, soft, moderately alcoholic and persistent to the palate.
