Our distillates

Our grappa “Trape” (“marc” in Friulian), obtained from selected marc of Cabernet and Refosco, comes from the collaboration with the Pagura Distillery. The latter is a family business that uses the oldest functioning still in Friuli, with a discontinuous method and for small batches of fresh marc.
