Penğ is a Friulan adjective, which for a man expresses robustness, weight and authority. A name suitable for this intense red, with a strong and harmonious character. Obtained for a selection of Merlot grapes left for some time in the larder and Refosco grapes with a red stalk. Matured for at least 12 months in Allier oak barrels.

With an intense, ruby red colour, bright with purplish hues. An intense aroma of red fruit, leather, and earth; with balsamic and walnut hints. It provides concentrated sensations on the palate; full and warm, with intense tannin; a long finale full of aroma that is considerably balanced.

Accompaniments: important cheeses, game, braised meat. Indicated for important accompaniments, but perfect as a meditation wine.
